Join the ASID Texas Chapter Fort Worth Design Community for our October event hosted by ASID Industry Partner California Closets, who will be introducing their newest family of products, the Martha Stewart collection named The Everyday System (EDS). We will be meeting at The Parkview Residences at Southlake Town Square. Adult beverages, soft drinks and catering from a local restaurant will be served. The meticulously designed luxury homes at The Parkview Residences feature distinctive design elements from the moment you arrive. Step through an impressive entry door into a beautiful lobby finished with a stunning blend of historical and modern elements designed to provide enduring visual interest and set the tone for an effortlessly chic ownership experience. This mid-rise features the latest in interior design finishes and, of course, California Closets! A tour of the 5th floor units will also be available. Don’t miss it!

  • Free for ASID Members (all types: Practitioners / Educators, Industry Partner Reps, Students)
  • Free for all 1st time Guests 
  • $15 for all other Guests
  • Event capacity is 40 people.
  • Registration will close on Eventbrite at 5:00 PM on Friday, October 15th, so be sure to register by then.
  • Each attendee is required to complete THIS COVID-19 WAIVER & RELEASE FORM[PDF]. Please download, sign, and bring with you. (Do NOT email.) Those who do not submit completed forms will not be allowed to enter.

The Fort Worth Design Community is one of four design communities that make up the ASID Texas Chapter, which is part of the larger American Society of Interior Designers [ASID], a community of people – designers, industry representatives, educators and students – committed to interior design. Through education, knowledge sharing and advocacy, the Society strives to advance the interior design profession and, in the process, to demonstrate and celebrate the power of design to positively impact and change people’s lives. Of the Society’s 24,000 Practitioners, 20% practice Residential design, 30% practice Commercial design, and 50% practice both. The ASID Texas Chapter represents 1,400+ Practitioner, Educator, Student and Industry Representative members throughout the state of Texas excluding the greater Houston area, which is covered by the ASID Texas Gulf Coast Chapter. Since the Texas Chapter is quite large both in membership and in geographic expanse, most of the programming throughout the year takes place in the Design CommunitiesAustin, Dallas, Fort Worth, and San Antonio. Our members work in both the residential and commercial fields, either as sole proprietors or as part of small or large firms. Within the state and around the world, they provide valuable services and useful products to their clients. Our members strive to improve the quality of life for all of their clients through the creation of aesthetically pleasing, thoughtful design that takes into account the health, safety and welfare of the public.
